The premises of Camping Jungfrau were once used for agricultural purposes. Today’s scene of tents, caravans and bungalows was once home to grazing cows!

Camping Jungfrau was founded over 50 years ago by the family “von Allmen“. The erstwhile farmyard was converted into a popular and modern camping site. Camping Jungfrau has meanwhile become a leading tourism enterprise in the Swiss Alps and is still being run as a family business. It is being managed even today by family members of the second and even third generation.
